They partner with clients to execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels, with a strong emphasis on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics. As the consultancy continues to grow, they are seeking a PPC Specialist to support campaign execution, client communication, reporting, and ongoing account optimization.

Role Overview

The PPC Specialist will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. The PPC Specialist will manage campaign pacing, budgets, bidding strategies, performance reporting, client communication, creative coordination, and ongoing optimization efforts while collaborating closely with senior leadership and design teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, client-facing responsibilities, performance analysis, and growing into ownership of multiple strategic accounts.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, bidding strategies, and overall performance.

  • Launch new campaigns based on client objectives and priorities.

  • Analyze campaign data and implement optimizations that improve business outcomes.

  • Scale, pause, or adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.

  • Support paid media efforts across Bing Ads when needed.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain and update weekly client reporting dashboards.

  • Analyze top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel performance metrics.

  • Connect campaign performance to qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Review CRM reporting within HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Identify reporting inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.

  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Client Account Management

  • Participate in weekly client meetings and performance reviews.

  • Prepare agendas, insights, and recommendations for client discussions.

  • Track action items and ensure timely completion.

  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication.

  • Gradually assume greater ownership of client accounts.

Creative & Campaign Coordination

  • Write and refine ad copy for paid campaigns.

  • Develop creative briefs for designers.

  • Review creative assets before launch.

  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals.

  • Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage tasks and priorities using Asana.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns efficiently.

  • Maintain organization across multiple campaigns and client accounts.

  • Leverage SOPs, dashboards, documentation, and AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing.

  • Experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.

  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.

  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on pacing, bidding, and performance metrics.

  • Experience working with HubSpot and/or Salesforce reporting.

  • Experience connecting paid media performance to pipeline and revenue.

  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign performance data

  • Experience working in a client-facing agency or consultancy environment.

  • Experience with Bing Ads is preferred.
