Mid Salesforce Configurator/Administrator

Overview

JST is currently seeking a Mid Salesforce Configurator/Administrator to support our team.

Mid Salesforce Configurator/Administrator Responsibilities

• Configure Guard and Reserve business rules, which differ from active duty in eligibility windows and how compliance is counted.
• Build the ability to move a departing counselor's entire caseload to someone else without losing the audit trail.
• Build record archiving for members who have completed the program.
• Extend the reporting set.

Mid Salesforce Configurator/Administrator Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate's degree with 2+ years of additional experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator. Preferred: Platform App Builder.
• Declarative Salesforce build. Flow Builder. Comfortable being handed a specification and building to it.
• Service Cloud. Federal experience.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
