LeanTech is a fast-growing organization with one of the most influential networks in software development and IT services across entertainment, financial, and logistics sectors. We are building AI-powered products and internal platforms that change how organizations operate and scale.
This role sits with the team behind our internal operational platforms: the products our delivery, staffing, workforce, and back-office teams use every day. The goal is operational excellence with less friction, and the way we get there is by designing and testing ideas fast, in front of real users, before committing engineering time to them.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager with a strong design background and a prototyping habit. Someone who does not only write about a solution, but builds a working version of it and puts it in front of people the same week.
As a Product Manager (Mid Level), you will work closely with stakeholders in delivery, workforce operations, client success, and engineering to identify user pain points, shape solutions visually, and turn them into products that create operational value.
This is a hands-on role. You will spend a meaningful part of your week designing flows and building clickable prototypes in Lovable, using Claude as a working partner for discovery, drafting, and iteration. Prototyping is not a side activity here: it is how we define scope, align stakeholders, and de-risk what we build.
Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Turn ideas and requirements into clickable prototypes using Lovable and Claude, so stakeholders can react to something real instead of a paragraph.
Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts, then iterate on them quickly as feedback comes in.
Lead discovery sessions with internal users (delivery managers, workforce coordinators, operations teams) to find friction points and design solutions that remove them.
Run usability tests and prototype reviews with real users, and translate what you learn into concrete product decisions.
Structure MVPs and releases according to strategic priorities, and follow them through from discovery to launch.
Write structured, clear PRDs and functional requirements, with the prototype as the reference for scope and expected behavior.
Track adoption and post-launch performance in product dashboards, and use what you see to decide what to improve next.
Use AI tools such as Claude in your daily work to accelerate research, documentation, and building.
Partner with engineering to keep solutions feasible and consistent between design and development, and participate in QA, UAT, and release processes.
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, clearly communicating trade-offs and decisions.
Contribute to roadmap planning and process improvements as the product scales.
3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or UX/UI Design roles, including hands-on ownership of a backlog.
A track record of prototypes, wireframes, and user flows you designed and validated yourself. We will ask to see them.
Hands-on experience with Lovable, or a similar AI-assisted app builder, going from idea to working prototype.
Regular, practical use of Claude or comparable AI assistants for discovery, writing, and building.
Solid UX foundation: Design Thinking, Lean UX, journey mapping, and usability testing with real users.
