Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM & Integration)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM & Integration) to support the development and enhancement of a group-wide enterprise project management platform within the energy and utilities sector. The role focuses on customising and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365, developing solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and implementing API-based integrations with internal enterprise systems. The developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure high-quality delivery through testing, documentation, and Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development:

• Develop and customize functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  
• Translate business and technical requirements into working solutions.
  
• Develop extensions, workflows and automations.
  
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  

System Integration:

• Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
  
• Develop and optimize API-based integrations.
  
• Monitor existing integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
  

Technical Analysis & Quality Assurance:

• Prepare technical specifications and implementation documentation.
  
• Support effort estimations and sprint planning.
  
• Perform testing and support releases and deployments.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and development best practices.
  

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
  
• Participate in agile development processes.
  
• Communicate regularly with technical and business stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including one or more of the following modules:
  
• Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  
• Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation (PSA)
  
• Dynamics 365 Field Service
  
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:
  
• Power Apps
  
• Power Automate
  
• Dataverse
  
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration and integration.
  
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET.
  
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScriptskills for Dynamics 365 extensions.
  
• Experience preparing technical specifications and documentation.
  
• English and German at C1 level.
  

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems.
  
• Experience with API-based integrations.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
