Opportunity!

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to help organizations maximize the value of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem through modern collaboration and productivity solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance business solutions using Microsoft 365 applications, partnering closely with business stakeholders to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and employee productivity. You'll play a key role in delivering user-centric solutions that enable organizations to work smarter and more efficiently.

Requirements:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Microsoft 365 productivity platform.
• Build and customize solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop, and Microsoft Whiteboard.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective collaboration solutions.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration tools to improve user productivity and engagement.
• Support the adoption of Microsoft 365 applications by providing solution guidance and best practices.
• Design scalable information architecture, document management, and collaboration experiences within Microsoft 365.
• Configure permissions, governance, and security following Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Develop automations and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate where appropriate.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with other Microsoft services, including Power Platform and Microsoft Graph.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, solution design, and governance.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and executive stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Microsoft Viva, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), or Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience designing enterprise intranets, collaboration portals, or knowledge management solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, compliance, and information governance.
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital workplace transformation initiatives.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
