About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Media Ads Manager to manage and optimize our ecommerce client’s paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta/Facebook.You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and brand awareness through effective ad campaigns. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies, primarily on Meta/Facebook.
  • Manage Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and
    optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
    Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and hone value
    prop messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing
    objectives.
  • Explore and potentially expand to other paid social channels like YouTube and TikTok
    based on Facebook campaign success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on
    Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful Facebook ad campaigns
    (please provide examples or portfolio).
  • Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including targeting options,
    bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in US time zone, 40 hours per week
