We’re looking for professionals with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, deal structuring, valuation, and due diligence. On a typical day, you will review and assess AI-generated content related to M&A scenarios, assess the validity of financial and legal reasoning, document performance gaps, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, frameworks, and evaluation criteria.

A strong background in M&A is required—typically demonstrated by prior experience in investment banking, corporate law, private equity, or management consulting. An advanced degree (MBA, JD, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory if you have significant transactional experience. Clear analytical communication and the ability to explain complex deal concepts precisely are essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
