As part of our Early in Career hiring, this opportunity is designed for graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build their commercial experience, learn, and develop in an environment where growth, initiative, and collaboration are valued.

In this role, you will promote assigned Johnson & Johnson products to healthcare professionals, build strong professional relationships, deliver scientific and promotional information, and contribute to business objectives through effective customer engagement and territory management.

  • Plan and manage your territory, organizing customer visits and other engagement activities with guidance from your manager.
  • Listen to customers and find opportunities, sharing relevant insights with colleagues across the business.
  • Develop territory action plans and learn how to turn customer and market insights into meaningful actions.
  • Take part in congresses, educational events, promotional meetings, and other initiatives, expanding your network and industry knowledge.
  • Stay curious about the market, learning about trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Continuously build your scientific, product, and commercial knowledge through hands-on experience and learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other teams, gaining exposure to different areas of the business.
  • Keep customer activities and interactions accurately recorded in company systems.

What will help you succeed:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience is welcome, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical or commercial environments.
  • Good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Confidence using MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to plan and manage customer visits and activities across your territory.
  • A valid Category B driving licence.
  • Availability for frequent travel within your assigned territory in Poland.

You will enjoy this role if you:

  • Love being out in the field, rather than sitting behind a desk;
  • Enjoy travelling, driving and experiencing something different each day;
  • Are outgoing and excited to meet new people and build relationships;
  • Enjoy communicating, listening and understanding what matters to customers;
  • Are curious about healthcare and excited to learn about innovative treatments;
  • Like taking initiative and seeing the impact of your work.

This is an opportunity to start your career in healthcare, build strong commercial and customer-facing experience, and contribute to bringing innovative treatments in Urology/Oncology closer to the patients who need them.
