You’ll crush this role if you have 3+ years of experience in medical records, personal injury, or legal support and genuinely love getting the details right. You're organized, a clear communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through matter. Familiarity with HIPAA, medical terminology, or litigation procedures is a big plus — and above all, you take pride in keeping complex workflows running smoothly. For this role, you will cover Monday - Friday Pacific Standard Time business hours.
