This role is remote. We’re looking for candidates based outside of the United States, but able to work United States East Coast time zones.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Revenue Integrity Specialist to reduce Days in A/R. Specifically, this role will:
Own follow-up workflows for stale, underpaid, and unpaid claims
Manage paper EOB intake, organization, and posting workflows
Perform check reconciliation and validate payment accuracy against remittance data
Investigate discrepancies between billed, paid, and expected reimbursement amounts
Coordinate with billing, credentialing, and operations teams to resolve revenue issues
Assist with payer communication via phone, portal, fax, and email
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Background in a call center or high-call volume roles
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or revenue cycle management
Experience with US-based health insurance companies, commercial and government
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and business systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
