Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Finance to support the financial management, review, and estimating of assigned programs. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment. 

Essential Functions:

• Set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system.
• Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
• Assess and quantify business risks and opportunities related to orders, sales, profit, and cash.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Support internal and external customer deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts operate within negotiated terms and applicable government cost control guidelines.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Active US Secret security clearance. 
• Experience in the Defense Industry.
• Experience supporting contractual EVMS programs and knowledge of Cobra.
• Experience working with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M).
• Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
• Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive leadership.
• Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this remote role in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $67,000 - $124,000. The salary range for this remote role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York State, Cleveland, Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia is $57,500 - $107,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
