We are seeking a motivated and curious Medical Affairs Intern to join the ESO team. In this role, you will help ESO Medical Affairs build a more harmonized, simpler, and performance-driven way of working across Therapeutic Areas, supporting cancer care improvements across countries.
As an intern, you will contribute to three connected workstreams:
Throughout, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership, gaining valuable exposure to how a Medical Affairs organization reduces fragmentation, steers performance transparently, and builds reusable assets that scale. You will develop practical skills in process design, performance management, project coordination, and strategic thinking within an international and collaborative environment.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to build foundational capabilities in Medical Affairs operations and process excellence while contributing to ESO's mission of improving outcomes for cancer patients worldwide.
