Multimedia Designer – Leadership & Inclusion Training (Remote – Colombia)

GP Strategies is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to support our global Leadership and Inclusion learning programs. In this role, you will bring complex leadership concepts to life through compelling visual design that elevates the learner experience. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and external partners to create high‑quality digital and print materials used in workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning environments.

This is a fully remote position based in Colombia, ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and communicates confidently in English.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and format participant guides, facilitator materials, and visual assets that align with client branding and learning objectives.
  • Partner with instructional designers to transform leadership and inclusion concepts into clear, engaging visuals that support adult learning.
  • Execute desktop publishing tasks including layout, formatting, and graphic production while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proofread and refine materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and a polished learner experience.
  • Stay current with design trends in digital and print media, especially those relevant to leadership development.
  • Create high‑impact assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Use AI‑enhanced tools to streamline workflows and elevate creative output.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong artistic sensibility with the ability to create visually appealing layouts, infographics, and digital assets for leadership learning platforms.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces to support blended or online learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with AI‑supported graphic or video creation tools.
  • Video production and editing capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in publication design, media design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality work in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
