We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer with strong UX/UI capability to join our global marketing team.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Experience, you’ll create high-quality multimedia content, video, digital assets and brand experiences across both LTG Software brands and
GP Portfolio brands. You’ll also partner with the Group UX/UI & Web Director on website projects, accessibility initiatives and digital experience design. Strong UX/UI capability is an essential requirement of this role.

What You’ll Do
- Create multimedia content including digital assets, social graphics, presentations, event materials, video and motion graphics.
- Design and produce creative assets across LTG Software brands and GP Portfolio brands.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events and brand initiatives.
- Produce and edit video content for digital, social and event channels.
- Create wireframes, page layouts and UX/UI concepts using Figma.
- Partner with the Group UX/UI & Web Director on website projects, accessibility improvements and digital experience initiatives.
- Contribute to website redesigns, brand evolution and future rebrand programs.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and accessibility requirements.
- Manage multiple projects across a diverse group of brands and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years’ professional experience in multimedia, graphic or digital design, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Strong UX/UI capability with demonstrable website and digital experience design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, interface design and prototyping.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong graphic design, branding and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience in video production, editing and motion graphics.
- Experience designing responsive websites and digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience working across multiple brands, clients or stakeholder groups.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience supporting website redesigns or digital transformation projects.
- Experience supporting brand refreshes or large-scale rebranding programs.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web technologies.
Portfolio Requirements
Your portfolio must demonstrate:
- Real-world UX/UI and website design projects created in Figma.
- Wireframes, page layouts and user-centred digital experiences.
- Video production, editing and motion graphics work.
- Graphic design and campaign assets across multiple brands or clients.
- Evidence of accessible and user-centred design principles.
Applications without demonstrable UX/UI and Figma-based design experience will not be considered.
