Job Summary

Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing company focused exclusively on affiliate lead generation. They are looking for an experienced Affiliate Media Buyer who knows how to build, test, and scale profitable Meta campaigns—not just launch ads.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, testing-driven environment where success is measured by ROI, profitability, and scale, not impressions or engagement.

If your experience is primarily in brand awareness, social media marketing, or traditional eCommerce campaigns, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

Work Arrangements

Reporting To: Founder

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day - 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities

As an Affiliate Media Buyer, you'll own campaigns from testing through scale, with a strong focus on generating profitable leads across multiple affiliate verticals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Launching, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns for affiliate lead generation.
  • Building and scaling ROI-positive campaigns through continuous testing and optimization.
  • Creating and testing high-converting creative angles, hooks, video scripts, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Producing at least 10 new creatives and 3 landing pages every week.
  • Identifying winning offers and scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI.
  • Managing campaign budgets and increasing spend without sacrificing profitability.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, tracking accuracy, and compliance.
  • Using data to make rapid optimization decisions.
  • Following and improving internal media buying processes.
  • Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to continuously improve performance.
  • Mentoring junior media buyers as the team grows (preferred).

Requirements

Mandatory

We're looking for someone with proven experience in Affiliate Lead Generation, not just general Meta advertising.

You should have:

  • Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads for affiliate lead generation
  • A proven track record of scaling profitable (ROI-positive) campaigns
  • Experience working in high-volume creative testing environments
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, scaling, and profitability
  • Experience creating high-converting:
    • Creative angles
    • Hooks
    • Video scripts
    • Direct-response advertisements
    • Landing pages
  • Experience running broad targeting campaigns on Meta and relying on creative performance rather than audience restrictions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Experience using:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Affiliate tracking platforms (RedTrack preferred)
    • Spy tools such as PipiAds, SpyHero, Atria, or similar

Experience promoting pain-driven offers where the objective is immediate lead generation and conversions will be highly valued.

  • Experience mentoring or leading media buyers
  • Experience with Pay Per Call affiliate campaigns
  • Google Ads / YouTube Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Canva
  • AI tools for creative development and scriptwriting
  • Experience with affiliate marketplaces such as Digistore24 or similar affiliate ecosystems

What are your KPIs?

First 30 Days

  • Manage approximately $1,000/day in advertising spend
  • Achieve a minimum 10% ROI / Gross Margin
  • Launch at least 10 new creatives per week
  • Build and launch 3 landing pages per week
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify winning offers, creatives, and scaling opportunities

Ongoing KPIs

  • Scale campaigns to $100,000+ monthly ad spend
  • Maintain 25%+ ROI / Gross Margin
  • Launch at least 10 new creatives weekly
  • Launch 3 landing pages weekly
  • Consistently scale profitable campaigns
  • Continuously improve creatives, funnels, offers, and conversion performance

Ramp-up expectations will be adjusted based on the successful candidate's experience level.
