We at Abhyaz (MTAB Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd.) are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join us as a Performance Marketing Specialist Intern.
Core Functional Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Perform audience research, segmentation, and targeting for different campaigns
- Assist in budget planning, allocation, and campaign optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Prepare campaign performance reports and present actionable insights
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform features, advertising trends, and best practices

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign objectives, budget management, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting
Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
Need adequate resources (Laptop/Desktop with a good Wi-Fi connection
