Job Description:

Primary Function:

Under direct supervision, this individual will be trained to review a variety of insurance documents for different lines of business and enter in key pieces of data from the insurance policy in order to match each document to the associated loan record. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing websites as well our database to locate insurance documents. This position also has the potential for growth for qualified individuals.

*Fully work from home position*

*Pay is $14/hour*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key in data from insurance documents in order to match documents to the loan records.
  • Train to additional supplemental processes based on business need.
  • Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule which outlines job responsibilities and daily production goals.
  • Actively participate in all training sessions, team meetings, department meetings and One-on-one meetings.
  • Participate and/or collaborate in assignments and special projects.
  • Other responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Shows strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and co-operatively with others.

Work Location:

  • Remote

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday (8:30 am-5:00 pm) some flexibility with start/end times
