We’re looking for a Marketing Visual Designer to join our team and support LearnTastic and its related brands (AHCA, ACCA, ACLS Now). This is a production-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on bringing campaigns to life across channels with speed, consistency, and strong visual storytelling. You’ll act as an extension of the marketing team, helping execute and scale creative across digital touch points from social and email to landing pages and video content.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design high-quality marketing assets across channels, including:
    • Social media graphics and carousels
    • Email designs and templates
    • One-pagers, PDFs, and sales collateral
    • Presentation decks
  • Create and edit short-form video content (e.g., reels, social clips)
  • Produce mid-form video content (e.g., YouTube videos, product overviews)
  • Support template creation and design systems to ensure consistency across brands
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing visual design or graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets and campaigns
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles
  • Proficiency in tools like:
    • Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with video creation and editing (short- and mid-form content)
  • Ability to work async in a remote-first environment across time zones
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in edtech, SaaS or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused design (CRO)
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems
Location: remote
Part-time opportunity (~20 hours per week)
