Marketing Support Coordinator (Fully Remote)

Rosenblum Law is a growing, multi-practice law firm seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day marketing execution across social media, email marketing, content, advertising support, and project coordination.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be available to work at least 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time and be responsive during those hours.

This role is best suited for someone early in their marketing career who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Design social media graphics and short-form content (Canva or similar tools)

  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Assist with caption writing and hashtag research

  • Maintain consistent posting schedules

  • Track which content is live, scheduled, or pending

Email Marketing & Copy

  • Assist with creating and editing email marketing copy

  • Design and format emails for campaigns and newsletters

  • Help schedule and deploy email campaigns

  • Create marketing flyers and internal/external promotional materials

  • Assist with general design needs for the office (digital assets)

Research & Marketing Support

  • Research content ideas, trends, and competitors

  • Conduct market and audience research

  • Research vendors, tools, and platforms

  • Assist with topic ideation for blogs, videos, and social posts

Advertising Support

  • Assist with organizing and uploading Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives

  • Help coordinate ad assets with designers and video editors

  • Track ad creative status and performance notes

Website & Content Posting

  • Upload and format blog posts and pages on the website

  • Assist with basic content updates

  • Ensure posts are properly formatted and published

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with video editors and other vendors

  • Manage and organize video and creative assets

  • Track deadlines and project status

  • Help ensure marketing projects move forward on time

General Marketing Assistance

  • Organize marketing files, calendars, and workflows

  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives as assigned

  • Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Must be available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with Canva (or similar design tools)

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Compensation: $7-$8/hr

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with email marketing platforms

  • Basic copywriting experience

  • Exposure to Meta ads

  • Experience working with video editors or creative teams

  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
