The Marketing Specialist will build and execute B2B marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, and content creation to drive lead generation. They will also manage the company website, LinkedIn channel, and provide sales enablement support to improve conversion rates.
Main responsibilities
Digital & Campaign Marketing - Plan, build and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and pipeline
- Own email marketing, landing pages, campaign messaging and CTAs
- Create and deliver webinar and event campaigns (end-to-end)
- Write and edit high-quality marketing content:
- website copy
- LinkedIn posts
- thought leadership articles
- sales enablement content
- Actively optimise campaigns based on performance data
Website & LinkedIn Ownership - Own day-to-day website content updates, service pages and lead capture optimisation
- Improve messaging clarity across services (IT services, BPO, data, AI, staff augmentation)
- Own LinkedIn as a commercial channel (not just posting, positioning and conversion)
- Ensure consistent brand tone across all channels
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support - Produce practical sales assets:
- one-pagers
- pitch decks
- case studies
- campaign support materials
- Actively support sales outreach with campaigns aligned to target sectors
- Work closely with SDRs and sales to improve meeting quality and conversion
CRM & Lead Management - Own marketing activity within the CRM
- Ensure all MQLs are captured, tracked and nurtured correctly
- Deliver email campaigns via the CRM
- Track campaign-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity performance
Partnership Marketing - Support partner marketing activity through:
- co-branded campaigns
- webinars
- joint content
- Help activate partner relationships commercially (logos, messaging, credibility)
Requirements
Essential - 5+ years’ experience in hands-on B2B marketing
- Experience in IT services, IT consultancy, SaaS or BPO environments
- Strong digital marketing capability (email, content, LinkedIn, campaigns)
- Excellent written and verbal English (UK / US business standard)
- Comfortable working directly with sales teams
- Strong commercial awareness, understands how marketing supports revenue
- Confident owning delivery without needing heavy direction
