The Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help build and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that grow awareness and engagement with the APPLIED Adhesives brand.
This role will own day-to-day content creation across email, social media, and website copy, while supporting campaigns, collateral, and events in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
The Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Brand and Communication and play a key role in bringing our brand to life across touchpoints.
This is a remote role, but you must currently live in the U.S. to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign execution: Build and execute multi-touch campaigns across email, social, web, and paid/retargeting channels; from brief and launch through post-campaign analysis. Manage calendars, creative requests, approvals, and publishing timelines.
- Content creation & coordination: Draft and edit short-form content including emails, social posts, landing pages, and product one-pagers. Partner with designers and subject-matter experts while managing versions, files, and approvals.
- Organic social & employee advocacy: Publish and schedule content, monitor engagement, and support activation across corporate and employee social channels.
- Sales enablement support: Package and distribute campaigns assets for Sales (one-pagers, talk tracks, CTA snippets). Maintain shared folders and post updates within Teams and SharePoint.
- Event & launch support: Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event activities for tradeshows and launches, including invitations, follow-ups, and booth collateral.
- Analytics & reporting: Track performance and maintain dashboards and scorecards to measure campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Brand stewardship: Ensure all assets adhere to established brand voice, visual standards, and guidelines.
- Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Sales Operations, and Service teams to support program rollouts and amplify key messages.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
- 4+ years in B2B marketing (manufacturer/distributor/industrial or adjacent preferred).
- Demonstrated experience executing multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, web) and writing succinct, on‑brand copy.
- Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot,), and CRM fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Canva/Adobe Express (or Adobe CC), plus standard project and asset management tools.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
