Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email and landing page strategies. This role is integral to driving customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MailChimp and HubSpot, content marketing, blog optimization, landing page development, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email campaigns using MailChimp and HubSpot, ensuring optimal delivery and engagement.
• Write, post, and optimize SEO-rich blog content to attract and educate target audiences.
• Design and build high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign goals and promotions.
• Strategize and execute customer journeys and automated workflows in MailChimp and HubSpot.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to produce visually engaging email and landing page assets.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for improved ROI.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing assets.
• Stay current with trends in digital marketing, automation, and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, landing page development, and marketing automation.
• Expertise in MailChimp and HubSpot.
• Proven ability to create, post, and optimize blog content for SEO and conversion.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to tone, grammar, and structure.
• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• WordPress proficiency for publishing and updating blog content.
• Experience crafting customer journeys and behavior-based automation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from campaign data.
• AI-supported blog writing experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fitness, martial arts, service or wellness industry.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodology.
