About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for a full-time contract role running through the NFL season to support the execution and operational management of our NFL launch. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that ensures the launch is delivered on time, cross-functional teams stay aligned, and campaign performance can be measured throughout the season.

Working closely with Integrated Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders, you’d own the day-to-day operational management of the launch after strategy and channel plans have been established. You will ensure timelines are maintained, documentation is complete, owners remain accountable, and campaign operations run smoothly from launch through the NFL season.

  • Own the operational execution framework for the NFL launch once strategy and channel plans are finalized
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and operational playbooks
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage campaign handoffs across marketing teams
  • Drive accountability by ensuring channel owners complete deliverables on schedule and remove blockers as they arise
  • Develop and maintain promotional and guerrilla marketing execution playbooks
  • Create repeatable processes for launch readiness, campaign tracking, and operational reporting
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track campaign health, milestones, and business outcomes throughout the season
  • Monitor campaign performance against goals and support budget allocation and reallocation discussions as priorities evolve
  • Identify operational risks early and proactively implement solutions to keep the launch on track
  • Document processes and train internal team members to build long-term operational capability

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Program Management, or Campaign Operations
  • Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional marketing launches with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes, documentation, and operational workflows
  • Comfortable establishing reporting frameworks, tracking KPIs, and supporting budget management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Our target hourly rate for this position is between $100 and 130/hour. The starting rate will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
