Working closely with enterprise marketing leadership and cross-functional business, content, demand generation, communications, sales enablement and analytics teams, the Enterprise Integrated GTM Marketing Manager will help shape and activate firmwide programs tied to priority market opportunities. This individual will translate complex organizational capabilities, services and internal structures into clear, buyer-centered narratives that address real B2B challenges and make it easier for external audiences to understand RSM's value. The role will connect brand strategy to demand generation across the full buyer journey, using integrated campaigns to build awareness and preference, create and influence pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing strategy, audience insight, cross-functional orchestration and measurement expertise in a complex, matrixed environment.


Essential Duties:

Works closely with key business leaders to develop and implement a marketing strategy in support of enterprise integrated go-to-market programs 

  • Partners with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, growth goals, target markets and the commercial outcomes each program must support.  
  • Synthesizes priorities across service lines, industries, buyer functions and markets into a coherent external story, reducing internal complexity without oversimplifying the buyer problem or RSM value proposition.  
  • Understands B2B buyer challenges, buying-group dynamics, decision triggers and barriers, and serves as a voice of the buyer in program strategy, messaging and activation.  
  • Develops integrated GTM strategies that define priority audiences, buyer issues, positioning, value propositions, outcomes, journey stages, campaign pathways and success measures.  
  • Creates clear strategic briefs and decision frameworks that align cross-functional teams around a single buyer-led narrative and guide execution from brand through demand and sales enablement.  
  • Works with subject-matter experts and content teams to translate technical, operational and organizational complexity into relevant thought leadership, campaign messaging and external experiences.  
  • Partners with brand, creative, content, communications, digital, events, demand generation, field marketing and sales enablement teams to orchestrate campaigns across paid, earned, owned and seller-led channels.  
  • Builds brand-to-demand campaign architecture that intentionally links awareness and preference activity to engagement, lead progression, qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue.  
  • Monitors performance across the full funnel and uses audience, campaign, pipeline and revenue insights to optimize investment, sequencing, messaging and activation.  
  • Serves as the primary marketing point of contact for program performance, clearly communicating results, business impact, risks, dependencies and recommended next actions to senior stakeholders.  
  • Establishes operating rhythms, decision rights, roles and dependencies across matrixed teams to maintain momentum, prevent fragmented execution and support repeatable program delivery.  
  • Evaluates new requests and opportunities against enterprise priorities, buyer relevance, expected business impact, available resources and fit within the integrated program portfolio.  

Other 

  • Participates in all appropriate marketing learning and development to build skills and capabilities 
  • Participates, as appropriate, in cross-firm projects related to marketing and demand generation capability development and enhancements 
  • Engages with various members of the Lines of Business, Industry and Sales teams to help educate teams related to the portfolio

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
  • Excellent project management, critical thinking, and
  • organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn, understand, and adopt AI within the firms’ tools and platforms 
  • Ability to learn new subject areas quickly 

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years of leading marketing/growth experience in B2B
  • environment
  • Proven success managing marketing and relationship development
  • programs in managed services preferred

LEADERSHIP SKILLS:

  • Thorough understanding of various marketing channels
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
  • Highly collaborative and able to work within a team to achieve
  • stated team goals

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $163,900

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
