We're looking for a Marketing & Lifecycle Manager to join one of the business units of our holding, working in the anti-age and wellness niches. We create beauty and health products and sell them across the EU, and we're developing online payments alongside cash on delivery.
The call center, logistics and procurement run on the main business's infrastructure, so the team focuses on product, traffic acquisition, marketing and growth.

Remote / Full-time

Mission:
Build the offer and the repeat purchase system so that the average order value grows through real value for the customer, and LTV exceeds acquisition cost.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Marketing Manager.

  • Experience writing copy for CRM communications: SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp, push, call center scripts.

  • Experience with repeat sales and customer retention programs in e-commerce, ideally in a COD model.

  • Polish: C1 preferred, strong B2 considered.


Knowledge:

  • Marketing analytics basics: segmentation, positioning, pricing.

  • Methods for market research, competitor discovery and monitoring.

  • How media buying, call centers, e-commerce and logistics work.

  • Local cultural codes, values, behavioral patterns and how audiences perceive communications.

  • Key retention metrics: LTV, retention rate, repeat purchase rate, churn, AOV, purchase frequency.

  • Principles of building the customer lifecycle (customer journey) after the first purchase.

Skills:

  • Analyze large amounts of information and pick out what matters.

  • Build target audience profiles and form hypotheses about user behavior.

  • Work with funnels and retention, build long-term relationships with customers.

  • Run research and marketing experiments.

  • Find LTV growth points in customer base data.

  • Develop offers for repeat purchases: courses, bundles, repeat order discounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve sales, upsell and repeat call scripts for the call center, tailored to the Polish market.

  • Analyze the market, competitors, their offers, retention mechanics and communications, and look for ideas to implement.

  • Review calls and product performance to find what will lift approval rate and average order value.

  • Find and test new repeat sales funnels (upsell, cross-sell) and select products for them.

  • Build an LTV system: segment the customer base, plan repeat contact sequences, reactivate customers.

  • Form hypotheses, run tests and measure their impact on approval rate, AOV, repeat rate and LTV.

  • Work with the call center, sales and analytics teams to roll out changes and track results.
