Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Track the status of all new and expanding franchisees as they move through marketing and advertising program activation brands, maintaining accurate records of activation milestones, launch timelines, and progress.
Monitor activation activity to ensure franchisees complete the steps required to launch their marketing programs, and proactively flag anyone stalled, delayed, or at risk of missing a program launch date.
Support the implementation of brand advertising and marketing programs, including SEO setup and other digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with franchisees, brand teams, and internal stakeholders to clear activation obstacles, following up on outstanding requirements, approvals, assets, and dependencies that affect program launch timelines.
Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and status reports that give clear visibility into marketing program activation progress and launch readiness.
Provide regular reporting on activation volume, program launch progress, and at-risk franchisees, escalating significant delays or risks to leadership when needed.
Identify recurring bottlenecks in marketing program activation and recommend improvements that speed up launch and strengthen program participation across contributing franchisees.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, account coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO.
Experience tracking projects, deadlines, and implementation activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000
