The Marketing Executive will deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels while managing content development and brand consistency. They will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support trade events and track campaign performance metrics.
As a Marketing Executive, Asia Pacific, you will deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns, digital activities, partner communications, and events as a core member of the APAC marketing team. The role blends campaign execution with digital delivery, making it well suited to a marketer who is comfortable writing trade communications, producing multi-channel digital content, and supporting trade events.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned projects and accountability for accurate, on-brand, and timely delivery.
Campaign execution: deliver multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, loyalty programme, and point-of-sale platforms, translating briefs into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with commercial objectives and KPIs.
Email marketing: coordinate email campaigns end to end, including content preparation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking, and assist with HTML builds to ensure campaigns are mobile responsive and render correctly across clients.
Content development: develop and manage marketing content across newsletters, website, sales kits, presentation decks, brochures, and promotional materials, and prepare branded proposals and support documents tailored for B2B clients and partners.
Brand consistency: ensure all materials are accurate, on brand, and consistent with WebBeds' global brand guidelines, applying those guidelines consistently across diverse digital and print formats.
Website management: manage and update website content using WordPress CMS, and build and publish campaign landing pages to best-practice standards for design layout, accuracy, and usability.
Social media: plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across relevant B2B platforms aligned with campaign calendars and brand guidelines, monitoring performance and engagement and flagging trends and opportunities.
Design and digital assets: support the design and production of digital marketing assets including social graphics, email banners, and presentation visuals using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Partner and stakeholder coordination: coordinate co-marketing activities with hotel partners, tourism boards, and regional B2B clients, and liaise with internal teams across sales, sourcing, commercial, IT, and the wider region to maintain campaign calendars and track deliverables.
Agency and vendor management: manage day-to-day communication with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
Events and industry participation: coordinate marketing support for trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and partner activations, managing invitations, promotional materials, onsite branding, and post-event communications, and representing the marketing function at events where appropriate.
Commercial and operational support: support administration of loyalty programme initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and promotional campaigns, and coordinate marketing asset inventory and placement requests.
Performance tracking and reporting: track and report on campaign performance including email engagement, social media results, web traffic, and content outcomes, maintaining structured content calendars and trackers to give full visibility across projects.
2 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, travel, or hospitality environment.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Hands-on experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and content channels.
Working knowledge of WordPress CMS for content updates and basic page management.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Taguchi, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
Confidence managing B2B social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat.
Confidence using AI tools to support content creation, drafting, and campaign planning.
Comfortable working with data and marketing analytics to track and report on performance.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across APAC markets.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across everything produced.
Collaborative and communicative, able to build effective working relationships across teams and geographies.
Proactive, execution-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Growth-minded and digitally curious, actively developing new skills across marketing and digital disciplines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Experience working with hotel partners, tourism boards, or B2B clients is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with APAC markets is beneficial.
