Role - Marketing Executive
Location - Remote
The Role
You own B2B Supplier Hub's presence everywhere our audience gathers: LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Instagram, X, Reddit, and Discord. You post daily, engage constantly, build a community resellers actually want to be in, and run our influencer/affiliate pipeline from first touch to agreed terms. You will work from a documented GTM playbook with clear weekly quotas - this is a high-volume execution role with visible numbers, not a strategy-deck role.
Responsibilities
Publishing & Channel Management
- Publish daily across LinkedIn (founder profile + company page), Facebook, Instagram, and X from the content calendar; adapt every piece to each platform's format.
- Coordinate with Content and Design for captions, carousels, and short-form video assets; maintain a 7-day scheduled queue at all times.
Engagement & Audience Growth
- Run daily engagement blocks: meaningful comments on target-audience and creator posts (quota-based), reply to every comment/DM on our content within 12 hours, timed to US business hours (Pakistan evening shift 2–3 days/week).
- Grow founder-profile and company-page followings through systematic connection and follow-up sequences.
Community Building
- Be an active, value-first member of wholesale/reseller Facebook groups, subreddits, and Discords: answer sourcing questions, run our beta-recruitment and credibility posts, maintain admin relationships.
- Build and moderate B2B Supplier Hub's own community space (group/Discord) as the user base grows; run AMAs and live demo events with the founder.
- Triage the founder's LinkedIn inbox daily: qualify real partnership/customer conversations, dispose of templated pitches.
Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships
- Build and maintain a pipeline of niche creators (YouTube, LinkedIn, communities) whose audiences are wholesale/e-commerce resellers; personalize outreach, book meetings, and negotiate affiliate terms within our pre-approved framework (final sign-off stays with the founder).
- Coordinate collab deliverables end-to-end: briefs, assets, tracking links, publish dates, performance reporting.
- Target: a steady cadence of live collaborations per month once the pipeline matures.
Reporting
- Update the shared scoreboard daily (visitors by source, signups, waitlist adds, engagement volumes, pipeline stages); present your numbers in Monday planning and Friday review. Missed weekly goals roll over - our operating system is transparent and quota-driven.
Requirements
- 2+ years running social media/community for a B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce brand with provable results (bring the numbers and the accounts).
- Excellent written English - you will write publicly, daily, in an operator-credibility voice with zero hustle-culture tone.
- Demonstrated cold outreach skill: you can show DM/email threads that turned strangers into meetings or deals.
- Fluent with AI tools for drafting and repurposing - our quotas assume AI-assisted throughput - while knowing that unedited AI output is a quality failure here.
- Comfortable with quota-based work, daily visible metrics, and partial evening availability for US-hours engagement.
Strong plus: familiarity with Amazon/e-commerce reselling, wholesale, or the FBA community; experience negotiating affiliate/creator deals; basic Canva/short-form video editing.
