Operating in the beauty and wellness industry, they offer premium skincare products inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside educational content, online courses, and clinical services that empower women to achieve healthier skin through science-backed solutions. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking an E-commerce Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and accelerate online revenue growth.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Growth Lead will own the company's ecommerce growth strategy by leading paid media optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance reporting while collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders. The E-commerce Growth Lead will initially focus on Meta advertising, Shopify optimization, and funnel improvements before expanding into broader ecommerce leadership, including agency management and team growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution, and is passionate about driving measurable business growth.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management & Strategy

  • Own and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to improve performance and scale ad spend.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.

  • Build dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and business KPIs.

  • Develop high-performing creatives using existing marketing assets.

  • Execute structured A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency and return on ad spend.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Build and optimize Shopify landing pages.

  • Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, messaging, and user experiences.

  • Identify and eliminate funnel drop-off points from acquisition through checkout.

  • Improve Average Order Value (AOV), Conversion Rate (CVR), and email capture performance.

  • Optimize overall ecommerce user experience to maximize revenue.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Evaluate current paid media agency performance.

  • Recommend improvements or replacement of agency partners when appropriate.

  • Source and manage external freelancers or vendors.

  • Ensure agencies remain aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs.

  • Develop scalable processes for vendor management and performance evaluation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop reporting dashboards that track key ecommerce metrics.

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Analyze performance trends and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Report on KPIs including ROAS, CVR, AOV, and revenue growth.

  • Support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.

Email Marketing Support

  • Maintain existing Klaviyo automation flows.

  • Perform quality assurance on welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows.

  • Update audience segments when needed.

  • Support minor copy and creative updates using approved templates.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience.

  • Experience directly managing paid media campaigns.

  • Experience optimizing ecommerce conversion rates (CRO).

  • Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.

  • Experience working with CPG brands.

  • Experience optimizing Shopify storefronts and landing pages.

  • Experience conducting A/B testing.

  • Experience managing marketing agencies or external vendors.

  • Experience building marketing dashboards and reporting systems.

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.

  • Experience supporting beauty, skincare, wellness, or female-focused brands is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce growth strategies.

  • Strong understanding of paid media optimization.

  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Ecommerce systems and processes support continued company growth.
