Marketing & Events Manager (Remote from Singapore)

WorkNomads is on the hunt for a Marketing & Events Manager to join our team!

Your mission at WorkNomads:

1. Events & Community

• Plan, organize and participate in events that increase our product’s visibility and build our community in Singapore.
• Manage events from concept through execution, including coordination, promotion, logistics and follow-up.
• Identify relevant conferences, meetups, networking opportunities and industry events where our product should have a presence.
• Build relationships with event organizers, partners, communities and relevant industry contacts.
• Represent our product at events and become a recognizable face of the brand in the local market.
• Create ideas for engaging offline experiences that bring people together around our product.

2. Social Media & Content

• Manage our social media presence and keep our channels active, relevant and engaging.
• Create and publish content around events, product updates, company news, industry trends and the community.
• Capture content during events and turn real-life experiences into social media stories.
• Develop creative ideas for posts, videos, short-form content and other social formats.
• Stay on top of social media trends and understand what works for different audiences and platforms.

3. Marketing & Campaigns

• Promote upcoming events and campaigns across social media, email and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage email campaigns and automations to support event attendance, engagement and community growth.
• Work closely with the team on product-related and SaaS marketing initiatives.
• Help develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and adoption.
• Track campaign and event performance and use insights to improve what we do next.

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you have: 

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, social media or a similar role.
• Proven experience organizing and managing events from planning through execution.
• Strong social media experience, particularly creating content rather than simply managing calendars.
• Experience with email marketing and automations.
• A creative mindset and a natural ability to come up with ideas and turn them into action.
• Experience working with SaaS, technology or product-related companies is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and networking skills — you're comfortable approaching people, starting conversations and representing a brand.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Based in Singapore and genuinely comfortable with a role that involves being out in the market, attending events and meeting people.
• Ability to work on a flexible work schedule (evenings/weekends during events)
