AI Summary

The role involves owning the end-to-end marketing data flow, including ingestion, transformation, and dashboarding to support business decisions. You will also manage tracking frameworks, attribution logic, and performance analysis to optimize marketing spend and customer quality.

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join the Marketing team at MD Finance. In this role, you will help us move from manual reporting and reactive analysis to reliable data, faster decisions, and forward-looking growth planning. The position combines technical data ownership with business analysis: from collecting data through APIs, exports, tracking systems, and internal sources to cleaning, transforming, validating, visualizing, and turning it into clear recommendations.

If you enjoy building clean data foundations and turning complex marketing performance into decisions that directly influence CAC, new-deal volume, and channel scale, we'd love to see how you can contribute to our growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing data flow, including ingestion, transformation logic, data cleanup, quality assurance, dashboarding, analysis, and documentation.
- Create and maintain a single source of truth for marketing decisions, connecting campaign performance, customer quality, funnel results, and business outcomes.
- Set up and maintain offline conversion uploads to Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms so campaigns can optimize toward verified business results.
- Own affiliate measurement, including postback API setup, conversion tracking, and complete reporting on leads, applications, approvals, new deals, repayments, and payouts.
- Collect and structure marketing costs across all channels, with accurate CAC, ROI, and ROMI reporting by campaign, source, partner, keyword, landing page, source ID, and creative.
Improve and standardize cross-channel attribution, and synchronize Singular data with internal dashboards, BI reports, and marketing visualizations.
- Build and maintain product and marketing dashboards covering acquisition, funnel performance, user behavior, conversion rates, repayment behavior, campaign quality, and customer value.
- Create a complete website and product tagging framework, visualize every key funnel step, and clearly separate new and repeat deals across channels, campaigns, affiliates, and traffic sources.
- Support landing-page experiments and A/B tests by defining tracking, measuring results, analyzing performance, and recommending what should be improved, stopped, or scaled.
- Help the team launch and evaluate marketing tests across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, sources, keywords, and traffic segments.
- Analyze customer and traffic quality at keyword, landing-page, source-ID, creative, campaign, affiliate, and channel level.
- Build cohort and repayment analyses to track retention, repeat usage, repayment patterns, risk signals, customer value, and long-term quality by acquisition source.
- Deliver ROI/ROMI and LTV/CAC analyses that support budget allocation, channel scaling, and commercial planning.
- Create dedicated SEO reporting with brand and non-brand traffic splits, plus separate dashboards for satellite websites and projects.
- Take full ownership of the Marketing planning workbook: automate recurring work, improve its structure, and reduce manual effort and human error.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, Affiliate, and Risk teams to keep data reliable, accessible, and useful for daily decisions.

Expected Results:
- Establish reliable marketing reporting that serves as the trusted basis for daily, channel, and management decisions.
- Reduce CAC and increase new-deal volume by identifying and scaling the campaigns, partners, and traffic segments that bring the highest-quality customers.
- Improve budget allocation through consistent attribution, cost, repayment-quality, ROI/ROMI, and LTV/CAC analysis.
- Reduce manual reporting, human error, traffic-launch delays, and Marketing's dependency on IT for recurring data tasks.
- Enable faster, more structured experimentation with clear measurement and actionable recommendations.

Professional Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, product analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
- Strong Python skills for automation, data cleaning, API integrations, and recurring reporting tasks.
- Comfortable owning the full path from raw data to business decision: ingestion, transformation, cleanup, validation, dashboarding, analysis, and recommendation.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
- Practical experience with marketing and tracking tools such as Singular, Google Ads and Google APIs, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Affise, affiliate platforms, postbacks, and ad-platform conversion tracking.
- Experience building attribution logic, funnel reporting, cohort analysis, CAC/ROI/ROMI reporting, and LTV/CAC analysis.
- Ability to move from campaign-level reporting into keyword, creative, landing-page, source-ID, affiliate, and channel-level quality analysis.
- Strong business communication skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear actions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- FinTech experience is a significant advantage, especially in lending, repayments, repeat customers, or risk-related marketing analysis.

What We Offer:
- Join a fast-scaling FinTech company where your decisions shape the business and your contributions truly matter.
- Enjoy 20 paid days off annually, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, people-first culture.
- Partial compensation for medical insurance, sports activities, and foreign language.
- Work in an international, agile team with ambitious goals, modern tools, and a strong sense of purpose.
