Lead and execute data conversion activities for an enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, including mapping, cleansing, and loading legacy workforce data. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data issues and support all phases of the implementation lifecycle from design through go-live.

Be Part Of A High-Performing Team

Join a major Oracle Cloud HCM transformation supporting a complex public-sector environment. The Data Conversion Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring legacy workforce data is accurately transformed, migrated, validated, and reconciled within Oracle Cloud HCM. This is a highly collaborative consulting environment requiring both strong hands-on delivery skills and the ability to work effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
