We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team, focused on Tableau reporting and understanding what’s behind marketing performance data.

Job Description:
  • Monitor data quality by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports and dashboards;

  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated reports and Tableau dashboards;

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across data sources and reporting layers;

  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure correct interpretation of metrics;

  • Monitor product and marketing performance and highlight trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities;

  • Analyze traffic efficiency (ROI, LTV, conversion) to support data-driven decision-making;

  • Improve reporting processes and optimize dashboard performance to enhance efficiency and usability.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with BI tools (Tableau);

  • Advanced SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience in building complex analytical queries;

  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Experience in communicating with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results;

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks from end to end;

  • English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in performance marketing or traffic analysis;

  • Understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, LTV, conversion rates);

  • Basic understanding of attribution or forecasting.
