Marketing Coordinator - Media

Join CEI Engineering Associates as a Full-Time Media Marketing Coordinator. This role supports CEI's marketing and business development initiatives through graphic design, digital communications, social media management, and proposal coordination. This position is responsible for developing visually engaging marketing materials and branded content that enhance CEI's visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic growth objectives. The Media Marketing Coordinator collaborates with technical staff, leadership, and departments across the organization to create and maintain consistent branding through social media campaigns, digital marketing, proposals, presentations, website content, and promotional materials. This role also assists with the development of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), presentations, events, and communications that effectively showcase CEI's expertise, culture, and impact within the communities we serve.

The compensation range provided is specific to the geographic market of the posted position. If hired as a remote employee, your salary will be aligned with the applicable compensation range for your primary remote work location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates the design and production of marketing and communications materials including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, proposals, videos, displays, digital campaigns, and promotional materials using graphic design and publication software.
• Develops and manages social media content and campaigns that strengthen CEI's brand awareness, promote company culture, highlight projects and team accomplishments, and support recruitment, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and technical teams to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all digital and print platforms including proposals, website content, social media, presentations, and event materials.
• Supports the development of high-quality Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations by gathering, formatting, editing, and organizing content, graphics, resumes, and project information.
• Assists with photography coordination, project storytelling, video content, and visual asset management to support marketing campaigns, website updates, recruiting efforts, and external communications.
• Maintains and updates CEI's website content, graphics, and project information while supporting efforts to improve overall quality, user engagement, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Supports internal communications and company events through graphic design, branded materials, presentations, signage, and promotional content.
• Assists with planning and coordinating trade shows, sponsorships, conferences, webinars, and community events including registrations, logistics, promotional items, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborates with departments across the organization in developing marketing campaigns and communications that support the department's strategic marketing plan, operational initiatives, client advocacy, recruiting, employee engagement, and community partnerships.
• Assists in implementing CEI's strategic marketing and business development initiatives by supporting targeted campaigns, brand visibility efforts, and Client Service Line (CSL) growth objectives.
• Researches market trends, competitors, clients, and industry developments to support marketing strategies, content creation, and business development opportunities.
• Maintains marketing databases, VantagePoint CRM, and resource libraries including resumes, project profiles, photography, templates, proposal content, and branded assets to support efficient marketing and proposal production.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
