Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short-term marketing strategies designed to promote medical bureau services.

  • Manage multi-channel digital touchpoints, including website content, LinkedIn, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Produce professional communication collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters tailored to healthcare practitioners.

  • Support client engagement initiatives, networking opportunities, and webinars.

  • Ensure all marketing collateral and campaigns strictly comply with HPCSA advertising guidelines and POPIA regulations.

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Partner with leadership to align marketing strategies directly with business objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proven marketing experience.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Valid driver's licence and access to own transport.

  • Background or experience in the healthcare or medical industry
