Role Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Content Lead to own the execution and delivery of our marketing content across channels.
This is a hands-on role focused on shipping content consistently — editing, publishing, distributing, and maintaining high-quality content using material we already produce.
You will be fully responsible for ensuring content is planned, prepared, published, and distributed consistent and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Execution & Editing
Write, edit, and refine blog posts, editorials, and website content based on existing drafts, briefs, and source material.
Ensure clarity, quality, structure, and consistency across all published content.
Adapt long-form content into shorter formats for social media and newsletters.
Content Publishing & Management
Own the editorial calendar end-to-end and ensure timely publication.
Format and publish content through the CMS and website.
Coordinate reviews and approvals to keep content moving without delays.
Distribution & Repurposing
Own day-to-day social media execution, including scheduling, publishing, and maintaining consistent coverage across priority channels (primarily LinkedIn).
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and variations.
Support newsletter content creation and distribution.
Content Operations
Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, tagging, and structure.
Apply basic SEO best practices (headlines, metadata, internal linking).
Keep content libraries organized and up to date.
Ownership & Reliability
Act as the single owner for content execution.
Ensure nothing slips or stalls due to lack of coordination.
Identify and fix workflow gaps proactively.
What we are looking for:
4–6 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or digital content roles.
Strong writing and editing skills in English.
Proven experience owning content execution end-to-end.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and reliable — you take responsibility for delivery.
Detail-oriented with strong quality standards.
Previous, in depth experience of working with early-stage startups.
Experience with B2B, SaaS, fintech, proptech, or marketplace businesses.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, WordPress).
Experience with basic SEO and content optimization.
