About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing professional to drive our brand's creative output and manage our digital presence.
You will play a key role in ensuring consistent communication across all channels. You will collaborate closely with our commercial, technical, and creative teams to align marketing efforts. Reports to Matthieu.

Challenges and Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to define and innovate our creative concepts, lead our social media strategy, and enhance our brand visibility. Key challenges include maintaining a fresh content pipeline for our website, coordinating complex cross-functional projects, and effectively managing our PR and external partnerships.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conceive creative advertising mock-ups (prospecting and campaigns) based on client briefs in French and English.

  • Develop innovative creative concepts for brands.

  • Maintain the website by updating client cases and creating new content centered on product innovation.

  • Produce diverse communication materials including business presentations, sales collateral, and video content.

  • Manage our community on LinkedIn and develop our social media presence.

  • Draft and send newsletters, tracking performance statistics and reporting.

  • Manage public relations and press partnerships.

  • Coordinate regularly with sales, technical, and creative teams to ensure aligned and impactful communication.

  • Conduct competitive market analysis.

  • Support internal event organization.

Qualifications

Professional Competencies

  • +5 years XP for tech / adtech / martech companies

  • Language: Fluent in French and English (oral and written) is mandatory.

  • Writing & Communication: Excellent writing skills (spelling, style, synthesis) and strong oral communication.

  • Digital Expertise: Strong grasp of digital advertising codes and advanced knowledge of social media trends (Meta, TikTok, Snap).

  • Creative & Design: Proven sense of graphic design, creativity, curiosity, and synthesis skills.

  • Autonomy: Proven capability for remote work, including self-starter mentality, seriousness, and proactivity.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, WordPress, Notion, Figma, and Canva.

  • Assets: Knowledge of SEO and the advertising landscape.

  • Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET
