We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and sales-minded Marketing & Sales Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email. You’ll also serve as a trusted guide to the business owner — providing strategic direction, education, and hands-on collaboration when needed.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consumer marketing and a proven ability to convert engagement into actual sales — particularly within premium or lifestyle-driven markets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Social Media Marketing & Content Creation

  • Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories) with a focus on lead generation and trust-building

  • Help grow a newly created Facebook business page using the owner’s 3k+ personal network

  • Develop TikTok strategies to increase exposure and appeal to our ideal buyer persona

  • Digital Advertising & Promotions

  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok)

  • Optimize ad performance and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns

  • Drive high-quality inquiries that convert to puppy sales

  • Email Marketing & Automation

  • Set up and manage email funnels for nurturing inquiries and increasing conversion

  • Automate communications such as puppy birthday greetings, holiday campaigns, and sales follow-ups

  • Maintain an active and engaged subscriber base

  • Sales Enablement

  • Assist in moving inquiries through the sales funnel via email or messaging platforms

  • Recommend scripts or responses that help convert leads into buyers

  • Track performance and suggest improvements in the lead-to-sale process

  • Strategy & Owner Support

  • Build a tailored marketing and sales plan to meet monthly/quarterly goals

  • Teach and guide the owner through platforms, tools, and tasks when hands-on support is needed
    Recommend the right tools for scheduling, CRM, and automation


Requirements

  • Strong background in digital marketing with direct experience in sales or lead conversion

  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content and ad strategies

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo)

  • Clear understanding of sales funnels, customer psychology, and online purchase behavior

  • Experience in pet, luxury, or lifestyle industries is a plus

  • Able to communicate marketing concepts clearly to a business owner and collaborate effectively

  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)

  • Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Video editing for Reels/TikToks

  • SMS or CRM marketing experience
