Market Research Manager - Healthcare

As we transition to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our EU-based team. We are looking for a Market Research Manager, Healthcare to work remotely in Bosnia and Herzegovina and contribute to our mission by owning day-to-day execution of primary market research. Along with other members of our research team, you will help conduct projects across a variety of life science companies utilizing insights generated from key stakeholder groups, including physicians, payers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. You will connect clients to high-quality healthcare audiences and enable faster, more reliable decision-making. As Market Research Manager, Healthcare you will manage the day-to-day execution of primary market research across global healthcare audiences. From survey design through to final deliverables, you will ensure projects run efficiently, meet high quality standards, and align to client objectives. Additionally, you will support client interactions with your Research Director, contributing operational insights throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution, takes pride in quality, and looks for ways to continuously improve how work gets done.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Own end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects across the full lifecycle of healthcare market research
• Design and program surveys using Konovo’s intelligent platform to reach targeted healthcare audiences
• Partner with sample and fieldwork teams to deliver high-quality, on time global fieldwork
• Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation, cleaning, and quality control practices
• Translate research objectives into clear questionnaires, tab specs, and structured outputs
• Contribute to client deliverables, ensuring outputs align to business questions and research goals
• Support client interactions with clear, thoughtful operational input and increasing ownership over time
• Support and mentor junior team members to raise the bar on execution quality across the team

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-4 years of experience delivering primary market research within an agency environment
• Experience of delivering pharmaceutical PMR is desirable
• Strong ownership across the quantitative research lifecycle including questionnaire design, tab specs, data analysis, and report development
• Exposure writing detailed programming notes and managing survey QA; Data QA; hands-on programming experience is a plus
• Experience across the qualitative research lifecycle is desirable; including screener development, discussion guide design, analysis and report development
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical markets, across therapy areas and audience types (including HCPs, patients, and payers)
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Professional oral and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
