About the Opportunity
As the Market Launch Operations Lead at Wonder you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in Dallas- Fort Worth, ensuring each new location launches seamlessly and successfully. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will oversee the entire NRO (New Restaurant Opening) process, from strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to execution and post-opening optimization. Your ability to lead teams, anticipate operational challenges, and uphold Wonder’s high standards will be essential in bringing our mission to life in new markets. Please note that the ideal candidate is based in or local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Salary: $107,000 - $123,000 per year
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
