Our enterprise client, a leading provider of high-quality, diverse datasets for AI model development, is seeking skilled Mandarin Chinese Audio Transcription & Quality Reviewer to support an AI training initiative focused on improving AI-powered language and speech models.

In this role, you will work with audio and text data to accurately transcribe, segment, review, and quality-check content according to detailed project guidelines. Your contributions will directly support the development and improvement of next-generation AI speech and language technologies.

Job Description

• Transcribe audio and/or text data accurately according to project guidelines.
• Segment audio recordings into appropriate sections based on the provided requirements.
• Review and correct transcription errors.
• Adjust and correct segmentation where necessary.
• Perform quality assurance checks on completed work.
• Verify that transcriptions and segmentations are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
• Follow detailed project instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
• Apply feedback and make corrections when required.
• Maintain consistent productivity and reliability throughout the project.

Work Assignment: Transcription, Segmentation and QA. You will work with audio and/or text data to produce accurate transcriptions and properly segmented content while performing quality assurance checks throughout the workflow.

Your tasks may include:

• Listening to audio and accurately transcribing spoken content.
• Reviewing existing transcriptions and correcting errors.
• Segmenting audio according to the project's guidelines.
• Adjusting segment boundaries when necessary.
• Checking transcription accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
• Reviewing completed work for consistency and quality.
• Identifying and correcting issues before final submission.
• Ensuring all outputs comply with the project's requirements.

Contributors are expected to carefully follow all transcription, segmentation, and QA guidelines and consistently meet the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native Written and Verbal proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Traditional)
• Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately understand and transcribe spoken language.
• Ability to identify appropriate audio or text segments.
• Ability to follow detailed transcription and segmentation guidelines.
• Reliable availability and consistent productivity.
• Previous experience in transcription, audio annotation, linguistics, data labeling, or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and apply feedback effectively.
