Summary:

The Managing Consultant will provide employee benefits consulting services and lead daily account service for all assigned clients.  This position serves as a key point of contact for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

·       Drive business results through effective client service, management and retention

·       Manage day-to-day client activities

·       Prepare for and facilitate client meetings

·       Independently manage and execute projects.

·       Manage complex projects, teams and client deliverables. 

• Support and/or lead the development of multi-year strategic plans incorporating client- specific business needs and objectives

·       Understand, update, and create financial models.

·       Act as a trainer and mentor for consultants.

• Develop relationships across internal, client and vendor organizations

Skills needed:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 7 years of employee benefits consulting experience

• Strong client facing and communication skills

·       Strong analytical and financial analysis skills

• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire

Pay Range

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
