As the Manager, Sales, you will lead the execution of Shure’s go-to-market strategy within your assigned territories by partnering closely with channel partners to design and deliver high-impact strategies that elevate the customer experience. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers while expanding business with existing ones by guiding the qualification, education, and solution-selection process for Shure technologies through our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on building strong, collaborative relationships and enabling partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will ensure Shure’s solutions are effectively positioned to meet customer needs. Your success will be measured by achieving revenue targets and driving progress against the organization’s strategic priorities.
This is a remote position, with candidates required to be located in the Seattle, WA area or within the broader Pacific Northwest region.
Direct management of key accounts, developing and executing a progressive business plan based on a strong understanding of our end-user needs that align with brand strategy. Develops a detailed knowledge of key accounts and maintains personal contact with key dealers. Reviews dealer programs regarding performance versus goal. Identifies areas of concern and success, and proposes action plans to improve performance.

Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $109,400 to $186,000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
