We are actively seeking a Manager, Sales Development. This role reports to the Regional GM and is eligible for remote work from a home office located within Sydney.
Position Summary
As the Manager, Sales Development you will grow and lead a team of talented sales development representatives to deliver qualified leads to help support the ANZ sales goals. This critical role is a key contributor in building and executing a sales development plan to hit company lead targets.
The ideal candidate thinks strategically but also executes plans with a sense of urgency required to meet our aggressive goals. The ideal candidate is a team player, working in close collaboration with both marketing and sales to hit the targets. You’ll be actively involved in ensuring the success of the individuals in your team and will lead with confidence through demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the sales development process including the latest technologies and methodologies.
We are looking for a positive, sales-oriented leader who leads with integrity; shows initiative and creativity; and is invested in the success, growth and development of their team. You’ll be a team player who know what it takes to achieve the lead goals; and who can thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, excited about the opportunity to help continue Rimini Street’s growth and success.
