Description:


Operational management, leadership, and execution of revenue cycle projects and initiatives. Conduct best practice research, facilitation of operational assessment for implementation, development of standardized reporting key performance indicators, and assistance with other revenue cycle projects as identified. This role will integrate cross functional processes for the management of project environment with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency. Estimated salary range for this position is $83400.24 - $108420.31 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:


Degrees:
  • Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.
  • PMI Certified Project Management Professional.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional certification and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Representation expected within 1 year from hire date.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, etc.
  • ) and various EHR platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis in problem resolution.
  • Understand performance improvement (collect data, analyze data, identify process, and implement process change).
  • Ability to multi-task, especially during stressful situations.
