You’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for centralized scheduling, financial counseling, copay assistance, and prior authorization—creating a seamless experience that impacts our patients from day one.
About the Role
The Manager of Prior Authorization & Preregistration is responsible for leading and optimizing the patient access and intake functions at IVX Health. This role ensures that patients are financially and medically cleared for treatment, managing processes such as centralized scheduling, financial counseling, copay assistance, and prior authorization. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline onboarding, resolve issues, and provide a superior patient experience. Additionally, you will mentor and develop team members, support new market launches, and oversee performance metrics to continually enhance the intake process.
