The Prior Authorization Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and processing prior authorization orders while managing clinical documentation to support submissions. They also facilitate communication between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers to resolve authorization issues and ensure timely approvals.

Investigate and resolve 50 to 100 insurance claim denials daily while partnering with payers to secure timely reimbursement. Coordinate with internal teams and use payer portals to optimize collections and meet revenue cycle goals.
