AI Summary

The Manager of Spanish-Language Marketing will build, execute, and scale end-to-end lead generation programs across Google Ads and social media platforms. They will manage significant media budgets, oversee creative production, and analyze performance data to meet specific cost-per-lead and revenue targets.

This is a remote position.

About Westwise Group

Westwise Group is a performance marketing company that generates high-intent legal leads for attorneys and law firms across the United States. We run data-driven paid media campaigns that connect injured and underserved consumers with the legal representation they need — at scale, and with measurable outcomes for our law firm partners.

The U.S. Hispanic market represents one of our largest untapped opportunities, and we are making a serious investment to serve Spanish-speaking consumers with the same quality of lead generation we deliver in English today.

About the Role

We are hiring a Manager of Spanish-Language Marketing to build, run, and scale Westwise's Spanish-language lead generation programs end to end — strategy, execution, and performance — across Google Ads and a growing portfolio of social channels, starting with Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Monthly media spend under this role's management is projected at $500K to $1M+, with clear direct-response targets: cost-per-lead, lead-to-retained-case conversion, and revenue per lead. You will work inside Westwise's proprietary in-house ad tech platform (training provided) and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This is a hands-on, IC role designed for someone who wants to own a function, not just execute a plan handed down to them. The right person is a native Spanish speaker who understands the nuance and cultural specificity of the U.S. Hispanic consumer — especially around legal, health, and personal-injury topics — is fluent in English, and has a proven direct-response track record.

What You Will Do
  • Own Spanish-language paid search. Build, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns targeting U.S. Hispanic audiences searching for legal help. Full responsibility for CPL, lead quality, and volume targets.

  • Lead our expansion into paid social. Stand up and scale Spanish-language Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns from day one, with room to add TikTok, YouTube, and other channels as we grow.

  • Run our proprietary ad tech. Learn and operate Westwise's in-house ad platform as the primary tool for campaign management, bidding, routing, and reporting. Partner with engineering to shape the roadmap based on what you need in the field.

  • Write and direct Spanish creative. Produce or oversee Spanish-language ad copy, headlines, landing pages, and creative briefs. We want cultural fluency, not translation — this is especially critical in legal categories where trust and clarity drive conversion.

  • Manage a significant media budget. Deploy $500K–$1M+ per month across channels with discipline, clear pacing, and a bias toward incremental lift in qualified leads.

  • Obsess over lead quality, not just lead volume. Partner with our intake and client-services teams to tie campaign performance back to retained cases and revenue — not just form fills.

  • Measure everything. Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance, and present weekly results and recommendations to the CMO and leadership.

  • Test relentlessly. Run a structured testing roadmap — audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, intake flows — and kill what does not work.

  • Stay inside the lines. Work with legal and compliance to ensure all Spanish-language advertising meets attorney advertising rules and platform policies across the states we serve.

Requirements

What You Will Bring
Must-Haves
  • Native Spanish speaker. Spanish is your first language. You think, write, and sell in Spanish at a native level, with a strong feel for the U.S. Hispanic market specifically.

  • Fluent in English. You can collaborate, present, and write fluently in English with a cross-functional U.S. team.

  • 5–7 years of performance / direct-response marketing experience. You can hit the ground running. This is not a role for someone still learning the fundamentals.

  • Deep Google Ads expertise. You have personally built, scaled, and optimized Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max) with meaningful budgets and direct-response goals.

  • Hands-on Meta Ads experience. You have run Facebook / Instagram campaigns at scale and understand the current state of Meta's targeting, creative, and measurement.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. Pivot tables, lookups, and building your own performance models are second nature. You do not wait for someone else to pull the numbers.

  • Direct-response mindset. You are comfortable being measured on CPL, lead quality, and downstream revenue — and you prefer it that way.

  • Bias for action and ownership. You have run a channel or function where the results were clearly yours.

Nice to Have
  • Lead generation experience, especially in legal, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated verticals.

  • Familiarity with attorney advertising rules and FTC guidelines for lead gen.

  • Experience working inside a proprietary or custom-built ad tech platform.

  • GA4 proficiency and comfort reading attribution data.

  • Basic SQL or comfort pulling your own data.

  • Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic display.

What Success Looks Like
  • First 30 days: Onboarded into Westwise's proprietary ad tech platform. Auditing current Spanish-language paid search performance and identifying the top three optimization opportunities.

  • First 90 days: Owning Google Ads Spanish-language campaigns end to end. First Meta test campaigns live and reporting against CPL and lead-quality targets.

  • First 6 months: Scaled Spanish-language spend meaningfully against performance targets. Established a testing cadence and a reporting rhythm the CMO and law firm partners rely on.
