How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead Operations: Direct denial management and appeal strategies to maximize revenue recovery.

• Prevent Denials: Analyze rejection trends and partner cross-functionally to fix root-cause billing issues.

• Specialized Payer Strategy: Apply deep Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care billing knowledge (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care) to resolve payer disputes.

• Track Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to improve denial rates, appeal success, and net revenue.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Accountant preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
