Who is a Manager of Accounting – Accounts Receivable?
The Manager of Accounting - Accounts Receivable is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Receivable Team to ensure that amounts owed to the company are recorded accurately, as well as for developing and improving systems, processes, and procedures. As a leader, the Manager sets a clear vision for the Accounts Receivable Team and provides the necessary resources, direction, and feedback to make team and individual performance goals attainable. The Manager recognizes the skills and capabilities of individual team members and focuses on removing barriers, pursuing constant improvement while demonstrating fair decision making and retaining responsibility for results. By ensuring that receivable amounts are recorded, collected, and applied accurately, the Manager helps to maintain the company’s reputation with its customers and contributes to the financial health of the company.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $65,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $65,000 - $87,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
